Leann Yoder

Leann Yoder has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Leann started their career in 1996 as a Program Coordinator at the American Society of Civil Engineers. Leann then moved on to become the Director of Programs at the Junior Engineering Technical Society (JETS) from 1997 to 2002. Following that, they worked as a Content/Project Manager at the American Society of Civil Engineers from 2002 to 2003. Leann then served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at JETS, Inc. in 2003. From 2004 to 2011, Leann held the position of Executive Director at the Junior Engineering Technical Society (JETS), a non-profit organization focused on STEM activities. In 2011, they joined Schafer Corporation as a Subject Matter Expert - STEM. Currently, Leann is working at The College Board. Leann began their journey at The College Board in 2012 and has held various roles such as Associate Director, National Recognition & Scholarship Programs; Technology Project Manager; Agile Portfolio Manager; and currently, they serve as the Director, Digital Portfolio Manager. In their roles at The College Board, Leann has been responsible for managing and supporting the planning and delivery of strategic product development initiatives as well as driving organizational change through Agile principles. Leann has successfully led large initiatives and played a crucial role in the development of a test-at-home platform amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Leann's work experience reflects their expertise in project management, Agile methodologies, and leadership roles in the education and STEM sectors.

Leann Yoder, CSM holds a Bachelor's Degree from Indiana University Bloomington. In 2017, they obtained their Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance. Leann has also acquired additional certifications such as being a Certified Kanban Management Professional from Kanban University in 2019 and a Dr. Sears Wellness Institute Certified Health Coach in 2020. Leann has continued their professional development by obtaining certifications in various areas such as stress management, decision-making biases, and goal setting through LinkedIn.
