Lucy Kane

Lucy Kane, Ed.M., currently serves as the Director of Internal Communications & CEO Initiatives at The College Board, having joined the organization in October 2023 after previously holding the position of Associate Director for CEO Initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as the Assistant Director of Alumni Programs at Democracy Prep Public Schools from July 2021 to July 2022, and a variety of roles at Bottom Line between July 2016 and June 2021, including Access Team Manager and Senior College Access Advisor. Lucy's career commenced as a Virtual Advisor at uAspire in 2015, followed by an internship as a Senior Admissions Intern at Macalester College and an Operations Intern at Programs in Professional Education at Harvard Graduate School of Education. Lucy earned a Master of Education in Education Leadership, Organizations, and Entrepreneurship from Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2023 and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies, Geography, and Media Studies from Macalester College in 2015.
