Luz Bay

Luz Bay currently serves as Senior Director of CLEP & ACCUPLACER Psychometrics & Research at The College Board, a position held since September 2013. In addition to this role, Luz Bay is an elected State Representative for Strafford County District 21 in the New Hampshire House of Representatives, advocating for quality education, women's rights, and voting rights. Previous positions include Register of Probate for Strafford County, Executive Committee Member of the Dover, NH Democratic Committee, and various leadership roles within psychometric organizations. Luz Bay holds a Ph.D. in Educational Measurement and Statistics, an M.S. in Mathematics, and a B.S. in Mathematics, all from recognized institutions.
