Nicole Fisher

Nicole Fisher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in education, assessment, and law. Currently serving as Senior Director of Advanced Placement (AP) Curriculum & Assessment at The College Board since July 2023, Nicole is responsible for managing AP course and exam revisions, providing leadership in change management, and overseeing a multi-million dollar budget. Prior to this role, Nicole was Director of Assessment and Accountability at Martin County School District, where responsibilities included leading the merged department, managing a team to drive assessments, and improving data accuracy. Earlier experience includes roles as Senior Associate Attorney at The Law Firm of Charles D. Jamieson, P.A., Supervising Attorney at Florida Rural Legal Services, and Teacher at Shrewsbury Middle School. Nicole holds a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and advanced degrees in education from the University of Pennsylvania.
