Seth Herz

Seth Herz, PMP, ITIL, CSM, currently serves as the Senior Director of Technology and Testing Services at The College Board, overseeing computer-based testing platforms for the ACCUPLACER and CLEP programs while managing outsourced vendors and ensuring service levels. Previously, Seth held roles such as Director of Business Solutions at The College Board, where responsibilities included acting as a liaison between business owners and technology teams, as well as Director of Program Management K-8 at K12 Inc, focusing on curriculum development and eLearning solutions. Seth’s earlier experience includes positions at Fannie Mae as a Senior Manager in software development and at SRA International as a Software Development Manager, along with foundational work as a Business Systems Analyst at American Management Systems. Seth holds an M.S. in Information and Telecommunication Systems from The Johns Hopkins University and a B.S. in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
