Jerry Kelly

Jerry Kelly is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment, human resources, and program advising. Since August 2016, Jerry has worked as a Professional Recruiter at DLM Professionals, while concurrently serving as a Supervisor/Carrier at the United States Postal Service since July 2015. Jerry also holds the role of Program Advisor at The College Network since April 2012 and has a background as a Football Official for APFOA from 2001 to 2019. Additionally, Jerry served as a Human Resources Associate III for Gwinnett County Government from January 2001 to March 2011. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and an MSHRM from Troy University, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Columbia College, and a certification in Local Government Management from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
