Karni Perlman has a strong academic background and experience in the field of law and conflict resolution. Karni is currently the Founder and Head of the Non Adversarial and Therapeutic Justice center at the College of Management Academic Studies since 2015. Prior to that, they worked as a Lecturer at the Faculty of Law and Program of Mediation and Conflict Resolution at Tel Aviv University starting in 2011.
Karni Perlman holds a Bachelor of Laws - LLB degree from Tel Aviv University. Karni also has a Master's degree in Peace Studies and Conflict Resolution from Bar-Ilan University. Additionally, they have obtained a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD degree in Law from Bar-Ilan University.

The College of Management Alumni Organization
Founded in 1978, the College of Management was the first non-subsidized, non-profit academic institution in Israel to be recognized and certified by Israel's Council for Higher Education. With about 12,000 students and 40,000 alumni, the College of Management, is now the largest college in Israel, and has become a dynamic, innovative and driving force in Israel’s higher education. The College offers Bachelor and Master degrees in Business Administration, Law, Media, Economics, Organizational Development and Consulting, Computer Science, Behavioral Sciences, Family Studies, Interior Design and Psychology. The College of Management campus is located in Rishon Lezion, the fourth largest city in Israel, just south of Tel-Aviv.
