Joyce Huang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy development and policy implementation in the healthcare sector. Since June 2013, Joyce has held various leadership roles at The College of Physiotherapists of Ontario, currently serving as Director of Strategy, where responsibilities include facilitating the development and execution of the College's strategic plan. Previous positions include Manager of Strategy and Strategic Projects and Policy Manager, with a focus on overseeing strategic initiatives, policy development, and governance. Prior to this, Joyce worked as a Junior Analyst at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat and as a Performance Measurement Assistant at the Senate of Canada, demonstrating strong analytical and project management skills throughout their career. Joyce holds an M.A. in Public Administration from Carleton University and is currently pursuing further education in project management at the University of Ottawa.
