Jen Richardson

Jen Richardson has a strong background in student development, having held various leadership roles in higher education institutions. Jen started their career as an Orientation Leader at Nazareth College in 1995. Jen then transitioned to Ithaca College, where they held roles as Residence Director and Assistant Director of Housing Services and Communication. Jen'sresponsibilities included managing housing assignments, implementing housing policies, and addressing resident concerns. From 2007 to 2019, Jen worked at The College of Saint Rose as the Director of Residence Life, overseeing various functions related to student development, personnel, housing, security, and budget management. Jen then advanced to the positions of Assistant Vice President and Associate Vice President for Student Development. Throughout their career, Jen has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to student success.

Jen Richardson obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Math, Secondary Education from Nazareth University in 1998. Jen furthered their education by earning a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from Framingham State University in 2000.
