Shauna Maynard

Shauna Maynard serves as the Assistant Superintendent for Exceptional and Early Learning at Questar III BOCES since December 2017, with previous roles including Director of Special Education and Special Education Coordinator. Maynard's work focuses on developing innovative and research-based programs for students with disabilities, collaborating extensively with educational leaders and families. Additional contributions include participation in various state committees such as the NYS Mental Health Advisory Council and the DASA Task Force, as well as serving as an Adjunct Professor of School Psychology at The College of Saint Rose. Maynard's career includes roles as a School Psychologist in multiple school districts and extensive involvement with the New York Association of School Psychologists. Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Education at Russell Sage College, Maynard also holds several advanced certifications in educational leadership and applied behavior analysis.
