Sister Donna Schroeder graduated from The College of St. Scholastica in 1961 with a BA degree in Biology. In 1981, she received a PhD from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, in the Curriculum in Ecology. In 2013, she was granted emerita status after 44 years as a faculty member in the Biology Department. For 20 of those years she was Department Chair.
