John

John Spear is an experienced educational leader currently serving as a Founding Partner at The College Partnership, which aims to create a supportive college search and application process. Previously, John held various roles at Northwood School, including Assistant Head for School Life and Director of College Guidance, where responsibilities included overseeing student life and providing college counseling. John's career also includes leadership positions at the National Sports Academy and The Partnership for the Homeless, as well as significant contributions to GLSEN as a National Field Director. John holds a BA in Psychology from Williams College and a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Development from St. Lawrence University.
