Shaun Rachau

Shaun Rachau is a seasoned professional in marketing and licensing with a diverse background spanning multiple industries. Currently serving as a Licensing Consultant at The Collegiate Lineup since May 2024, Shaun is also the Founder of Ryno Sports Apparel, a position held since June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Vice President of Digital & Strategic Growth and Executive Vice President of Licensing & Marketing at Hybrid Apparel, along with Senior Director of Marketing at Fanatics, Inc. and Team Marketing Lead for Baseball at New Era Cap. Shaun's expertise extends to serving as Vice President of Marketing Communications at Fender Musical Instruments Corporation and President of All-Star Public Relations. Additionally, Shaun held the position of Vice President of Communications for the Arizona Diamondbacks and worked as a Media Relations Consultant for the Fiesta Bowl. Shaun's career began after earning a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Arizona State University, which followed earlier education at Paradise Valley High School.
