Garrett Gispanski

Garrett Gispanski has been working in the corporate world for over six years. Garrett started out at The Suddath Companies in 2013 as a Workplace Executive. In this role, they were responsible for developing innovative business plans and sales strategies, cultivating relationships with premier brands, and preparing proposals and negotiating contracts. Garrett was also responsible for project management, including task control, deliverable documentation, timeline scheduling, and project finalization.

In their time at The Suddath Companies, Garrett was instrumental in securing several large commercial projects, totaling over $150,000 in revenue. One of their most notable achievements was securing a warehousing project for a national financial institution, which involved receiving and transporting over 200 ATMs across ten markets nationwide.

In February 2019, Garrett left The Suddath Companies to take on the role of Director, Talent Acquisition & Development at The Collier Companies. In this role, they are responsible for recruiting and hiring top talent for the company, as well as developing training and development programs to help employees reach their full potential.

Garrett Gispanski has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stetson University and a field in Real Estate, Development, Construction & Property Management Education from Collier College. Garrett is also certified from the University of South Florida Muma College of Business in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion In The Workplace Certificate and from the Disruptive Leadership Certificate Program at Stetson University in Disruptive Leadership Certificate.
