Mark Derby

Mark is a Managing Director and Senior Wealth Advisor at The Colony Group. He provides financial, investment, and tax planning services to high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and pension plans.

Mark co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Derby and Company, Inc. before merging with The Colony Group in 2021. Previously, Mark founded and ran Mark Derby and Associates, a pension consulting firm. He also worked for an international accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick in the audit department where he earned his CPA.

He earned his master's in Business Administration from Boston University. Outside the office, Mark enjoys golf, travel and time with his family.
