Ryan Rudzinski

Ryan Rudzinski is currently the Director of Finance at The Colony Group. Prior to this, they worked at Troika Entertainment from July 2007 to March 2015 where they were the Controller. There, they were responsible for financial statements and oversaw the day-to-day financial activities while also managing a staff of three.

Before Troika, Ryan worked at Marriott International from January 2004 to December 2007. Ryan started as a Staff Accountant at Burkshire Marriott and was promoted to Assistant Controller at Georgetown Conference Center and then Senior Assistant Controller at Key Bridge Marriott. At Marriott, they managed day-to-day financial activities, financial reporting, and ad hoc reporting.

Ryan has a long history of experience in finance and accounting and has proven himself to be a competent and capable leader. Ryan is currently using their skills and expertise to help The Colony Group reach their financial goals.

Ryan Rudzinski has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Towson University and a certification from the State of Maryland in CPA. Ryan also has a diploma from the American School of Warsaw Poland.

Ryan Rudzinski reports to Tara L. Elmaleh, Managing Director, Finance. They are on a team with Ernest Pearson - Associate, Finance, Jeanne O’Connell - Associate, Finance, and Meghan Cole - Senior Associate, Finance.
