Tara L. Elmaleh

Tara L. Elmaleh is the Managing Director of Operations and a Principal at The Colony Group. Tara leads the firm’s client service function at a national level, overseeing the multi-office operations team that works to ensure high-touch and solutions-oriented service over the life of a client’s engagement. She also plays a key role in the integration of new teams into The Colony Group’s client service program and brings years of expertise in finance, operations, trading, and overall strategy to the management of the firm.

Tara served as the Chief Administrative Officer and a Managing Principal at Steinberg Global Asset Management prior to their merger with The Colony Group in 2019. Tara earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Florida Atlantic University. In addition, she holds the Series 65 license.
