Since 2006, Harold has served as the Vice President of Quality Assurance at Columbia Group, where significant contributions to quality processes and standards have been made. Prior to this role, Harold held the position of Executive Director for Contracts at Naval Sea Systems Command from 2000 to 2006, overseeing contract operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
