Brad Britton has extensive work experience in the legal field. Brad began their career as an Attorney at Winthrop Stimson Putnam & Roberts in 1990 and worked there until 1992. Brad then moved to Day, Berry & Howard LLP, where they worked as an Attorney from 1992 to 1997. In 1997, they joined The Columbus Foundation as the Director of Planned Giving and General Counsel.

Brad Britton obtained their LL.M in Taxation from Capital University Law School in 2006. Prior to that, they completed their Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law between 1987 and 1990. Brad'sundergraduate education was at The Ohio State University, where they earned a B.S. in Economics from 1983 to 1987.
