Kayla Brown

Kayla Brown is an experienced HR Manager and Recruiter at The Commencement Group since September 2018, overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and training of an average of 200 interns annually and mentoring a team of over 10 student recruiters. Previously, Kayla held roles as a Sales Executive and Recruiter, responsible for the Chicago internship program, and as a Development Associate at Apna Ghar, Inc., where coordination of fundraising activities was essential. Additional experience includes positions as a Global Ambassador with International Studies Abroad, an Office Assistant at the University of Kentucky, and Vice President of Communications for the American Marketing Association. Kayla began as a Server/Manager at Gelati Cafe, also participating in the hiring and training of staff. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Kentucky, as well as Bachelor's degrees in International Business and Spanish from Universidad LCI Veritas, and International Business from the Prague University of Economics and Business.
