Jason McCalpin is an experienced finance professional specializing in commercial real estate, currently serving as the Commercial Real Estate Manager at The Commerce Bank of Washington since January 2020. Previously, McCalpin held roles at MUFG as Director and Relationship Manager, where responsibilities included structuring complex credit facilities and enhancing client relationships. McCalpin also served as Vice President & Relationship Manager at Wells Fargo, managing a substantial portfolio while significantly increasing income. Earlier experience includes consulting at GVA Kidder Mathews, where McCalpin focused on market analysis and feasibility studies, and leadership roles in the United States Air Force, including Chief Intelligence Analyst. McCalpin holds an MBA in Real Estate & Finance from the UW Foster School of Business and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.
