Gideon Rutoh

Gideon Rutoh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data analysis and compliance. Currently serving as a Compliance Officer at The Commission on Administrative Justice Office of the Ombudsman in Kenya since January 2022, Gideon previously held roles including Data Scientist and Assistant Compliance Officer within the same organization. With a self-employed background as a statistician since March 2013, Gideon has provided research consultancy services, focusing on data cleaning and analysis. Past positions also include Data Officer at Decisions Management and Consultants and Research Assistant at KARI LANET. Gideon holds a Master of Science in Applied Statistics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Statistics with Computing from Moi University.
