Jason Roncoroni

Executive Coach at The COMMIT Foundation

Jason originates from a small, blue collar town from the rust belt of Pennsylvania. He went to West Point because he was looking for something different after high school and received his commission as an aviation officer upon graduation in 1993. He served 21 years in the military including three combat tours to Afghanistan. Jason has also held leadership positions in the nonprofit, small business, and corporate sectors including more than 11 years of executive level experience. Jason is a visionary who wants to bridge the gap between confidence and potential to optimize performance and well being by integrating research, science, and theory from positive psychology into the coaching profession. Jason works with the Commit Foundation because he is committed to inspiring veterans in life beyond the military.
