Kristen Lauerman, CFRE, is a seasoned Director of Development with expertise in fundraising strategy and donor engagement. With over a decade of experience, Kristen has led major gift initiatives across various sectors, including higher education and national nonprofits, successfully managing high-net-worth portfolios and securing transformative gifts. Previously, Kristen served as Associate Director of Major Gifts at the University of Pennsylvania Museum, where innovative donor programs were developed. Currently, at The COMMIT Foundation, Kristen oversees efforts to secure essential funding for veterans and military families, fostering relationships that turn curiosity into commitment. Kristen holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Fine Arts from Boston University and a Master of Science from Simmons College.
