Arancha Martínez is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Common Good Chain. Arancha has a long history of working in corporate social responsibility, strategic marketing, and market research. Arancha began their career as an assistant marketing manager for the brands DARPHIN and GARNIER at L'Oréal. Arancha then moved to Merrill Lynch where they supervised the department of equity settlements for the Spanish markets. After a brief stint at itwillbe.org, they joined SamyRoad as the company's first Responsabilidad Social Corporativa (RSC) Officer. In this role, they were responsible for designing the company's short- and long-term RSC strategy, integrating RSC into the company's overall plan, and designing short-term actions. Arancha left SamyRoad in January 2014 to start The Common Good Chain.

Arancha Martínez has a Diploma in International Business Sciences from Comillas Pontifical University / ICADE, a Master's Degree in Management of Non-Profit Organizations from the Fundación Luis Vives, and a Diploma in European Higher Education in Management from CESEM, Reims Management School (France).
