Kelly Jones is an experienced asset and compliance manager with a diverse background in affordable housing and real estate management. Currently serving as Asset Manager at The Commonwealth Companies since January 2022, Kelly oversees an affordable housing portfolio, analyzing financials and preparing performance reports. Prior roles include Director of Internal Audit and Compliance at the Indianapolis Housing Agency and Director of Compliance at PF Holdings PMG/SkyView PG, where responsibilities included developing compliance activities and training staff on regulatory requirements. Kelly's extensive experience also encompasses positions such as Compliance Analyst at Herman & Kittle Properties, Compliance Manager at TWG Management, and Asset Manager at City Real Estate Advisors, managing portfolios and ensuring adherence to regulations. Kelly began a career in real estate management as Office Manager at RE/MAX Advantage Realty. Studies are ongoing at Indiana University Indianapolis.
