Emily Sealy

Emily Sealy is an experienced legal professional currently serving as an Assistant Attorney General II at the Commonwealth of Virginia since February 2021. Prior to this role, Emily worked as an Assistant Attorney General I at the Commonwealth of Virginia Office of the Attorney General from March 2015 to February 2021, and as an Associate at Midkiff, Muncie & Ross, P.C. from July 2012 to March 2015, focusing on appellate, liability, and workers' compensation law. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law (2009-2012), a Master of Fine Arts in Theatre Pedagogy from Virginia Commonwealth University (2006-2008), and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Theatre from the College of Charleston (2001-2005).
