James C Fox

James C Fox has over three decades of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Technical Lead for the Commonwealth of Virginia since June 2000. Prior to this role, James worked as a Senior Programmer Analyst at Virginia Farm Bureau from 1998 to 2000 and as a Programmer Analyst at Crestar Bank from 1993 to 1998. James began his career as a Programmer at First Health between 1991 and 1993. Educationally, James holds a Post Baccalaureate Certificate in Accounting from Virginia Commonwealth University, an A.A.S in Information Systems from J Sargeant Reynolds Community College, and a B.S. in Psychology from Virginia Tech.
