Robert Ward

Robert Ward currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer for the Office of the Governor in the Commonwealth of Virginia, focusing on enhancing government efficiency and transparency. In addition to this role, Robert is the Interim President and CEO of the Virginia Biotech Research Partnership Authority, appointed by its Board of Directors. Previously, Robert held significant positions at Skanska USA, including President & CEO and Chief Operating Officer, where expertise in real estate investment, development, and construction was leveraged during a career spanning over two decades. Prior experience includes roles at Clark Construction and GVA Advantis. Robert's educational background includes degrees from Virginia Tech and IMD.
