Ta’Shawn Ehlers

Ta’Shawn Ehlers is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Manager at Sodexo since August 2022. Ehlers has also been a Notary for the Commonwealth of Virginia since January 2021 and a Junior Sales Agent at ShawKit Properties since February 2019. A retired US Army veteran with a service record from June 2005 to December 2020, Ehlers held various leadership roles including Personnel Management Officer-Adjudicator, Chief of Operations, and Director of Theater Gateway. Earlier military experience includes roles in human resources management during service from March 1996 to December 2002 and March 2003 to March 2004. Ehlers holds a PhD candidacy in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Capella University, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University, and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Christopher Newport University.
