Reeya Rakchhandha is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in research, policy analysis, and data analytics. Currently serving as an Assistant Research Officer at The Commonwealth, Reeya previously held the position of Deputy Research Manager at Sambodhi Research and Communications Pvt. Ltd., specializing in livelihoods within inclusive growth and sustainability practices. Reeya's expertise spans a range of roles, including MEL specialist for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and policy analyst for the International Fund for Agricultural Development. With a background as a Don Lavoie Fellow at the Mercatus Center and a graduate teaching assistant at IIT Madras, Reeya has also completed a data analytics course with Google, demonstrating proficiency in data cleaning and visualization.
