Dean is currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Finance & Risk Officer at The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group. Prior to this, they held the role of AVP, Finance Business Partner-Personal Insurance at Aviva Canada. Dean has also gained extensive experience at Allstate Canada, where they served as Director of Operations Planning & Sales Compensation and Director of Business Planning & Analysis. Dean also worked as the Manager of Business Planning and Analysis at Allstate. Earlier in their career, Dean held a Financial Analyst position at AXA Insurance. Overall, Dean Coleta has a wealth of experience in financial analysis and planning within the insurance industry.
Dean Coleta completed their Bachelor of Administrative Studies (BAS) degree, with a focus on Business, from York University between 1987 and 1991. Dean then pursued further education and obtained a Certified General Accountant (CGA) degree in Accounting from CGA Ontario from 1993 to 1997.
