Bart Mitchell has extensive work experience in various leadership positions in the real estate industry. Bart worked at The Community Builders, Inc. as the President & CEO from 2012 onwards, and prior to that, they served as the COO from 2010 to 2012. From 2000 to 2010, Bart Mitchell was the President of Mitchell Properties LLC. Bart Mitchell also held the role of COO at Beacon Corcoran Jennison LLC from 1996 to 2000. Bart began their career at The Community Builders, Inc. in 1989, where they held the position of Director of Equity Finance and Project Manager until 1996. Before that, they worked as the Deputy to Development Advisor at the City of Boston Office of the Mayor from 1984 to 1989. Bart Mitchell also has experience as a Consultant at NYC Government OMB in 1982 and as an Associate at Lewin & Associates from 1980 to 1981.
Bart Mitchell obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Economy from Williams College in 1980. Bart then pursued a Master's degree in Urban Development & Finance from Harvard Kennedy School, which they completed in 1984.
