Lisa Wilcox-Erhardt

Lisa Wilcox-Erhardt has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in property management and other related fields. Their most recent position was with The Community Builders, Inc. as EVP, Property Management starting from June 2019. Before that, they worked with CommonBond Communities for over a decade, starting as Director of Property Management in September 2006 and ultimately serving as Executive Vice President of Housing and Services until June 2019. Lisa also has experience as a City Council Member in Cannon Falls, MN from January 2000 to September 2007. Additionally, they co-owned a small business called MTS, Inc. from September 2003 to January 2007. Lisa's earlier roles include Multi-site Property Manager at Retirement Housing Foundation from July 1997 to January 1999, Office Manager at Hustead's Canvas Creations from May 1994 to December 1996, and Property Management at Ned S. Holmes Investments, Inc. from August 1992 to February 1994.

Lisa Wilcox-Erhardt received their high school diploma from Cannon Falls, MN High School in 1989. Lisa then went on to study Political Science at St. Catherine University from 1989 to 1991. Later, they attended Virginia Wesleyan College and earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from 1994 to 1997. Additionally, Lisa received certification as a Certified Occupancy Specialist from the National Center For Housing Management in 1998.
