Malik Aziz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate development and community investment. Currently serving as the Senior NMTC Manager at The Community Builders, Inc. since November 2015, Malik oversees the organization's participation in the Federal New Market Tax Credit Program, having successfully deployed $67 million and led efforts to secure an additional $50 million in credits. Malik has also held key positions such as Senior Program Manager and Board Member at Madison Park Development Corporation, contributing to community support and real estate initiatives. Previous roles include Program Coordinator for the HOME & HSF Housing Programs in Massachusetts and various managerial positions in real estate development. Malik holds a Graduate Certificate in Urban & Environmental Policy & Planning from Tufts University and a B.A. in Art from the University of New Hampshire.
