Patricia Belden has a diverse range of work experience in the real estate and affordable housing sectors. Patricia currently serves as the Executive Vice President of Real Estate Development at The Community Builders, Inc. Patricia previously held the position of President at POAH Communities for six years. Before that, they worked at Preservation of Affordable Housing for over a decade, holding the positions of Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, as well as Development Manager. Patricia began their career at MassHousing as a Management Analyst.
Patricia Belden obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Cornell University. Patricia further pursued their education and earned a Master's Degree in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School.
