Virginia Keesler is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in project management within the real estate sector, currently serving as a Senior Finance Project Manager at The Community Builders, Inc. since July 2015. Keesler's responsibilities include financial modeling, structuring, and coordinating with investors and lenders for various development projects across multiple states, including Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, Illinois, and Pennsylvania. Keesler has previously held roles ranging from Finance Project Manager to Asset Management Analyst, successfully managing financial operations for several mixed-income housing projects. Prior to this, Keesler gained experience in urban planning and sustainability through research positions at Harvard University, internships at the New York City Department of City Planning, and the Massachusetts Department of Energy Resources. Keesler holds a Master in Urban Planning from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Colby College.
