Kim McGuinness

Kim McGuinness is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership, coaching, and business development. Currently serving as Head of Membership, Marketing & Communications at the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership since July 2023, Kim is part of the Senior Leadership Team and oversees membership initiatives. As the founder and director of CoMojo Pty Ltd since February 2015, Kim provides training, facilitation, and consulting services focused on organizational coaching and business mentoring. Additional roles include advisor at The Community Collective, director of strategic and public relations at SBE Australia, and founder and lead mentor at SoloCEO. Kim's early career involved significant positions at Network Central Australia, NSW Business Chamber, Business Sydney Newspaper, and MaritzCX. Kim holds a Master of Marketing from RMIT University, along with various marketing qualifications and a Bachelor of Business in Accounting from the University of Technology Sydney.
