Ann-Marie Thornton

Ann-Marie Thornton, CFRE, is a seasoned professional in institutional advancement and fundraising with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Institutional Advancement at the Community College of Baltimore County since May 2010, Thornton previously held roles such as Director of Development and Alumni Relations in the same institution. Prior experience includes Program Director for Annual Giving and Grants at Bon Secours Health System, Associate Director at The Family Crisis Center of Prince George's County, Director of Annual Fund at Associated Black Charities, and Coordinator of Fundraising at Prince George's Community College. Ann-Marie holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication from Bowie State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications Journalism from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.
