Christopher Gross

Christopher "CJ" Gross, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources, leadership development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). As CEO of Jabbar HR Solutions since September 2024, Gross leads innovative HR strategies and cultural transformations for organizations. As the CEO and Founder of Ascension Worldwide since January 2002, Gross has facilitated training for government agencies and various organizations. Additionally, Gross serves as an author with Rowman & Littlefield Publishing Group, analyzing class bias in the workplace. Other roles include DEI Master Faculty at UMBC Training Centers and adjunct instructor at the Community College of Baltimore County and St. Bonaventure University. Gross has also delivered a TEDx talk and consulted for numerous well-known organizations. Educational credentials include a Master's in Strategic Leadership from St. Bonaventure University and ongoing studies at The Johns Hopkins University and the University of Oxford.
