Eric Gordon

Eric Gordon is currently serving as Assistant General Counsel at the Community College of Baltimore County since July 2023, specializing in contract management. Formerly, Eric worked as an Attorney Advisor for the NYC Department of Education's Special Education Unit, litigating complex civil rights cases. Prior experience includes serving as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Small Business Administration, providing legal guidance on disaster relief loan approvals, and managing a private law practice for nearly three decades. Eric has also contributed as a speaker at national youth leadership forums and performed binding arbitration for the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, academic roles include adjunct professor positions at Brightwood College and Coppin State University, focusing on criminal justice topics. Eric holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from Buffalo State University.
