Joy Carter

Joy Carter, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of the Office of Experiential Learning at The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School since January 2023. With extensive experience at the Community College of Baltimore County as a Presentation Specialist and Program/Project Manager, Joy has successfully managed staff and training programs aimed at underserved populations, achieving significant funding and revenue growth. Previous roles include Career Navigator, Job Developer, and Business Partner at Baltimore County, as well as Career Advisor at Kaplan University and Advertising Consultant at Baltimore City Paper. Joy holds an MBA in Organizational Management/Leadership from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Human Resources from Coppin State University.
