Nan Ross

Nan Ross is an experienced professional with a diverse background in community engagement, education, and human resources. Currently serving as Community Engagement Coordinator and Volunteer Coordinator at the International Rescue Committee since April 2021, Nan organizes internship recruitment cycles and manages the application process. As an ESOL Adjunct Instructor at The Community College of Baltimore County since August 2018, Nan teaches English as a Second Language to adult learners. Previous roles include Long Term ESOL Substitute Teacher at Baltimore County Public Schools and Benefits Specialist at Catholic Relief Services, where responsibilities included administering employee benefits for thousands of individuals. Earlier positions at World Relief involved volunteer coordination and benefits management, and Nan began a career in human resources at Chimes, Inc. with responsibilities in various stages of the employee life cycle.
