Rachel Ruitberg

Rachel Ruitberg is a dedicated educator and program administrator with experience spanning various roles in education, event coordination, and business analysis. Currently serving as a Classroom Education Administrator at the Community College of Baltimore County since January 2022, Rachel has successfully developed personalized learning plans that enhanced student comprehension by 75%. In addition, Rachel has held leadership positions at Perry Hall High School, where significant improvements in team performance occurred, and at several organizations where expertise in operations, event management, and compliance strengthened program execution and community impact.
