Shannon Raum

Shannon Raum, PHR, is a certified professional in human resources with over 10 years of experience in non-profit and academic settings. Currently serving as the Administrator of Benefits at the Community College of Baltimore County since March 2023, Shannon previously held the position of Assistant Director of Human Resources at Notre Dame of Maryland University from February 2008 to March 2023. Early career experience includes serving as an HR Administrative Assistant at the Board of Child Care from March 2006 to February 2008, where responsibilities included managing new hire orientations and coordinating conference center scheduling. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Notre Dame of Maryland University, along with completion of the Emerging Leaders Program through CUPA-HR.
