Natasha Ray, MS, serves as the Program Director at The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven since April 2015, previously holding the title of Core Services Manager. Concurrently, Natasha is an Affiliate Community Research Faculty at Yale School of Medicine, focusing on Community-Based Participatory Research since 2007. Natasha was the Board Secretary for The Diaper Bank of Connecticut from November 2007 to May 2022 and provided academic advising at Springfield College from January 2015 to August 2019, where assistance was offered to students in their academic growth. Previously, Natasha held the role of Consortium Development Manager at The Community Foundation for Greater New Haven from January 2001 to September 2013 and was a Council Member at the New Haven Early Childhood Council from 2005 to May 2013. Natasha holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Management and Leadership and a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, both from Springfield College.
