Erika Eastman serves as the Chief Financial Officer at The Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties since November 2018, previously holding roles such as Director of Finance and Financial Controller within the organization. Prior experience includes serving as Controller at Cazenovia College and Assistant Controller at Hamilton College. Additionally, Erika held key financial positions, including Chief Financial Officer at Morrisville Auxiliary Corporation and Director of Audit at Oneida Savings Bank. Erika holds a Master of Business Administration in Professional Accountancy from Utica University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Siena College.

Since 1952, The Community Foundation has invested millions of dollars into Oneida and Herkimer counties.
