Anastasia (Kapelonis) Hugli is an experienced architectural engineer and construction risk management professional currently serving as AVP of Construction Risk Management at The Community Preservation Corporation since July 2023. With a solid foundation in project management and construction risk assessment gained from positions at AEI Consultants and HiRise Engineering, Anastasia has completed numerous Property Condition Assessments and has expertise in construction loan monitoring and compliance with NYC codes.
