Christina Morrison

Christina Morrison is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and servicing. Currently serving as Vice President and Director of Asset Management at The Community Preservation Corporation since July 2018, Christina previously held the position of Senior Real Estate Asset Manager at Fannie Mae from November 2009 to July 2018. Prior roles include Account Servicing Lead-Single Family at Freddie Mac and Customer Service Support for Freddie Mac Loan Prospector through Trilogy Technical Services. Christina began their career as a Loss Mitigation Specialist at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Phoenix.
