Joseph Tancredi

Joseph Tancredi is currently the Managing Director - Chief Underwriter at The Community Preservation Corporation. Prior to this, Joseph held the title of Multifamily Regional Underwriting Director at Freddie Mac, Regional Vice President at Washington Mutual Bank, and Regional Underwriting Director at HUNT MORTGAGE GROUP. Joseph holds a Master's degree in Banking and Money Management from Adelphi University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from St. John's University. Joseph's previous positions included Loan Processor, Analyst, Underwriter, Senior Underwriter, and Deputy Chief Underwriter.
